Tween/Teen Yoga - Ages 12 to 17

A class designed specifically for teens. Class is similar to an adult-based yoga class with emphasis on partner work and unique inversions. Classes will explore ways to increase self-confidence, self-esteem, and promote overall healthy relationships with peers and family.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a yoga mat.

Day & Time: Sundays, 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM
