Kids Yoga - Ages 6 to 11

A class designed to immerse children in a playful, non-competitive, and optimistic environment. Games, songs, music, and stories are incorporated to target every stage of development within children. Yoga poses and breathing techniques will be taught to encourage children appropriate coping skills to navigate through everyday life.

Day & Time: Sundays, 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM
