Come Join us for a 4-Day Session of Mindfulness and Fun!

Monday, July 9th (9am to 11am) through Thursday, July 12th. 

For Children in Grades 3 through 6

How does Mindfulness and Meditation Benefit Kids:

  • Better Mental Health: Meditation has been thought to benefit overall mental health in kids

  • Self-Awareness & Self-Regulation: Mindfulness is intimately connected to self-awareness (it’s almost the definition of it), and this extends naturally to self-regulation. Studies have found that a mindful yoga treatment helps kids improve their ability to self-regulate over the longer-term

  • Social Emotional Development: Kids who practice yoga, meditation and mindfulness build skills of attention, self awareness, self management leading to more responsible decision making and pro-social behavior.
